Windows Restart Problem

So i'm using windows 10 64 bit with all latest updates.
I have Hibernation disabled.

Suppose i am working with few tabs in Google chrome open, few  tabs in Nitro PDF reader, a word document. 
If i restart my pc without closing any of the documents or windows when the pc boots up it opens all the previous windows automatically which i dont want happening.
Any fix for this?
I have tried fresh installing the windows this evening. The problem still persists.

If there IS such "feature". i would really like to disable it.
