New here been watching all linus build logs

Sadly i cant afford to spend 3k+ on a upgrade

My current system is

Asus A8n-Sli Prem

939 Athlon 64x2 3800

4Gb Ddr

1tb Sata WD blue

Asus 3400HD 256Mb

CoolerMaster Certurino 5 case

Oz Mod tech 350watt Psu semi modualur.

As you can see quite out of date

Im looking to build a a decent workstation that can play some games

Budgeting about 1000$Cad on this

Going to reuse My Case

My moninters and Keyboard/mouse are fine for what i do since im not a serious gamer i more enjoy doing 3d rendering

Doesnt need to be the latest parts im willing yo even buy used older stuff to bring cost down

Thanks for any and all help

Thank you for understanding that you don't need the latest and greatest, and will only buy what you will use.

Anyways, I'd probably hope on some used X99 Xeons and a motherboard to pair with that. As for the GPU, since you're not gaming, I think a 1050TI will be fine.

Quote me to see my reply!
