idk but it can use all those CUDA cores as advantage in Adobe Software.

Might play some games like Battlefield, Sims, CoD, GTA etc.. Games can be new and old.

Adobe software can use open CL as well, and an RX 580 8GB is likely better for gaming overall, especially if there's ever a free-sync display involved.

Cryorig H7 is pretty solid and usually cheap.

What is the price of an i3-8100 in your area?

Can you wait a couple of months?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

What are the odds of odds, I have commented on your Steam. Waiting for you to accept me there. I really liked your profile and we play almost similar games. :)

And, Yeah I am waiting for your suggestions. Please!

Somewhere 200-300 USD? Is that correct?

I have checked on Amazon.in (Indian Amazon).

Well there's a parts list, dunno if you need to do 1080p gaming, if not buy a cheap used GPU, or a 1030/RX 550 and upgrade the CPU to an R7 1700, possibly upgrade the board to the PRIME PRO X370

no idea on parts/pricing there

Can I go for the cheaper RAM? Like 2400 or something instead of 3000?

You're going to want the fastest/cheapest RAM you can get.

Okay, @Streetguru you have mentioned the RX 580 which is damn costly right now. Could you please suggest something bit cheaper?

Is it viable for video rending and media encoding (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Media Encoder and Illustrator) to work good on 1060 3 GB?

Every GPU is horribly overpriced now, you could try a WX Workstation card if you don't really need to run games.

Or a used 970/R9 390 might be under $200

What do you think about the 1060 3GB? That would be enough or do I need 4 GB minimum?

You'd want the 6GB card minimum for the long haul IMO , or any RX 580

Could always try the used market for a cheap 970 or R9 390

I don't think the Adobe Products really make the most out of GPUs, a cheap GT 1030 might just be enough. Like only some things are GPU accelerated.
