Lsi 9260-4i can do 4 drives but it's a little over $300. Also, if you're doing RAID-5 you'll want to pick up a BBU as well with is another $150 or so.

 

There's the cheaper 9240 but I would not recommend that as it has no onboard cache at all and will be extremely slow in RAID-5.
