GTX 780 43 ERROR

Hello, I have a problem with my gtx 780 from MSI.
In my device manager it says that it's not running properly and it's showing "error code 43". Do you have any ideas on how to fix it ? i tried reinstalling drivers and testing it on another PC and nothing worked
