HTML image not displaying

hello i have problems getting Header image to show, i am using Dreamweaver and it shows when i check out "Design" on DW but when i go to the actual page where everything is uploaded it doesn't show. it is only this image that is not showing, the other images are showing.

Try moving it from the <head></head> to the <body></body> part of your document.

Usually, the <head> has default setting "display: none" from your browser, so

nothing in it gets displayed (which is kind of the point of that section),

including the image you've put in it.
