HDD appears in Safe Removal USB?!?!?

Hey guys. So I was removing my USB stick when I noticed that the HDD was at the Safe Removal for the USB... Why..? Is that like a problem?

Is it a intern or extern hdd?

Is the OS on it or is it a secondary hdd?

It's intern HDD, its the only storage device in the PC and yes it has the OS in it. (it has everything as it's the only one xd)
