You can get a list of estimated hashrates for various cards. https://litecoin.info/Mining_Hardware_Comparison

I have no idea how much a 570 would sell for or it's trade value. Perhaps check a local ebay listing.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Users cannot, and will not securely manage key material. Most users can't and the ones that can, wont.

Ask me about Bitcoin, Litecoin, Crypto-Currencies, and/or Mining them.

I have my spare gtx 570 in my computer right now and i was wondering if i put it on craigslist what GPU would i be able to trade it for, with the best mining performance, i was thinking like a 5870 maybe? Any help would be appreciated

Honestly.. don't bother mining. It's a waste of time and money. Bitcoin and litecoin prices crashed, they may rise back up, they may fall lower, just get a job. Don't waste your power bill and money to build something that's pretty much a 50% chance for just a return on investment and a 5% chance for profit.

Unless your just doing it for fun like I am :P But you're right mining imaginary internet coins that rapidly change in value daily isn't a good job. McDonalds would offer better security and benefits then that!

Even with the crash, and now the rebound... I've made tons of money... I didn't build my rig for mining, but with TVA and cheap power, I can have another rig in a few months... or even fill up my 26 gallon gas tank twice! (jk) If someone wants to mine, don't just go and make up some figures. Odds on making a profit on LTC are very high right now, and since ASICs are nowhere to be found for scrypt mining... It seems like we will be fine for some time to come... and if LTC crashes, just hold on and it will rebound like the rest!
