G-Sync Issue

So recently I have been playing a lot of WWII and I realized that G-Sync wasn't working and to confirm I went into NVIDIA control panel and turned on the indicator and it was what I suspected it was working only in full-screen and windowed but not windowed-borderless and this wouldn't be an issue except I have multiple monitors and half the time i'm on discord. I haven't checked any other games to see if this issue exist only in WWII or in others but I will do that since it might just be an issue with WWII
