Hi,

I have this old PC that my brother plays with, plays Dota 2, LoL, etc. Anyway, the fans of the GPU (Palit GTX 650 TI BOOST) does not spin, it only spins when you power up the PC (like only for 1 second then it stops) and when the GPU overheats and crashes the PC (spins super fast). The card works, but you can't play cause it will just overheat and crash.

What I did:

1. Reseating the GPU and tried another PCI slot.

2. Made sure that the 6 pin is properly connected.

3. Cleaned the fans and made sure the 4 pin is properly connected.

4. Reinstalling drivers and even downgrading.

5. Tried to use Afterburner to force the fans to max.

Fan still does not work properly, tried another card (defective GTS 450) and the fans work... I think its the fans, is it? finding a replacement would be hard... Any tips?
