Hello :)

So I recently switched from a 670 to a 280x (it was a gift from AMD) and I've been having some problems with performance, so I want to do a clean install of Windows on my SSD (I don't want to format my 2TB hard drive since I have ~750GB of games there that would take me forever to download).

The thing is that when I try to follow this guide:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc

a message appears saying there was a problem with my PC and that no changes had been done.

Also, I tried downloading the Windows 8 ISO using this tool

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

But the app just doesn't open (maybe because it detects that I already have Windows 8).

So, any suggestions?

But where can I download the Windows ISO? I only have a Windows 8 Update key and I cant download it from the WIndows support page probably because the tool detects that I already have Windows 8.
