(Help) silent pc case ???

Hi guys i want help me to find a really silent pc case to insulated all bad noises .. i have corsair spec 02 case i change psu with a new one from collermaster ....

and i change  cpu fan with noctua yes noise is better but still  bothers me i really want a quiet-silent pc..

Cases are inherently silent. If you want a quiet system, avoid noisy components. A more restrictive case will generally need higher rpm fans for the same cooling and remove any acoustic benefits that came with it.

If you're asking whether or not you need to replace your fans, it depends on whether or not you find them too loud. 

What are your specs and what components are too noisy for you?
