I have two monitors, C24F390 which is the main monitor and S24F350H. When I quit the game or press alt+tab main monitor goes blurry and I have to restart it to fix the problem. Sometimes I get big black bar or shortcuts go crazy. Second monitor is fine.

This doesn't happen if I disable second monitor and play with only C24F390. However if I set S24F350H main monitor and play with it there are no problems. I can alt+tab as many times as I like and no blur or black bars. I also noticed that if I overclock or underlock the C24F390 there are no problems so 60Hz doesn't work but 59 or 61Hz work.

So why doesn't my C24F390 work with another monitor? Is it broken?

I've tried three different GPU drivers and always used DDU before installing them. I've resetted both Control Panel and monitor settings but that didn't help. My GPU is GTX 1070.

How are they connected and setup?  Are you using DVI, HDMI, etc?  What sort of cables are you using?  What happens if/when you set them up with their default values?  What about your GPU?  Is it set for default values or are you overclocking the GPU?  Need more information to try and make an informed decision as to what may be going on.

I'm using HDMI cables with both monitors and I swapped them but that made no difference. I went to monitor settings and selected "Reset values" but that didn't help. All GPU values also went back to default after using DDU.

I have undervolted my GPU and it's now running 0,931V 1963Mhz. There hasn't been any problems before and it's 100% stable. Another monitor works perfect as a main monitor so there shouldn't be any problems with my GPU.

Did you try to change display configuration in windows setttings ? Maybe it is scaling in NVIDIA control panel also.

Yes, I tried changing every single setting related to monitors I could find in Windows and Nvidia Control Panel xD

I tried using my 1080p LG TV and S24F350H as dual monitors and not a single problem. No black bars, no blur and no crazy shortcuts. If I use that C24F390 as main monitor in dual monitor setup I get lots of problems.

So I guess my monitor is broken.
