First of alll when I played PUBG it crashed 6 time and in the main menu it has this red dots showing all over the place

 

2nd I dont know if its normal for a GPUs core clock and mem clock to drop to 400mhz

 

I updated my drivers (gtx 1070)

Validated the files of the game

And i dont know if this is throttling  becasue this also happened with my GTX 1060

 

Help!

Go back to an older driver and run a benchmark to ensure it's working properly. Also use some sort of software with an overlay unless you have another monitor to watch stats.

Doesn't matter if sli is on or not. Still the same game.

Download a driver that isn't the latest one and do a clean install. 

Then download the heaven benchmark.
