Audio Inbalance fix?

The left side of my earphones work fine but the volume on the right is far lower.

Since it actually works, Is there a way to level them out through an app or any other way?

Yup, It's not the device. This has actually happened to about 3 other earphones. Possibly due to water damage. So, you know how with the Apple earphones, you get 2 speakers in one earbud, Well, one of mine doesn't work so it's just one source of sound as opposed to two on the other side.
