So powered up new motherboard link.

Cpu fan starts spinning crazy fast, on b350 prime plus it was spinning alright but on this one is way louder and quicker.
Have DRAM white LED on motherboard (keyboard, mouse, monitor wont run)

My Ram here, but msi support for that mobo says that it support 2666C15.
Any ideas what to do? Buy slower ram? im so frustrated was considering just throwing everything into the bin.

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

pc keeps running with that white dram led on, I am thinking did i forgot to connect some cable or something

I believe that's a boot failure if it is booting it should turn green and some red led would go on above which CPU do you have?

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

i would try re-seating all of your connections. unplug and then plug back in. it doesn't seem like a ram issue, but trying to boot with one stick at a time could help if it is in fact a ram issue.

also check in your motherboards manual to see what a white LED light means on boot up. sometimes there is a guide in the manual about what all of the lights mean. they are usually trying to tell you something.

a white led means boot failure

there is a chance that your motherboard does not work with ryzen 5 and might need a bios update, i've been searching the webs and have found two people with similar issues to yours. one of them is in an amazon review and the other was on toms hardware

Do i need to connect usb 2.0 connector or something? Or is it only for front case ports?

if you scroll own on that amazon link there is a person that says it does not support ryzen 5

i'm confused though because some people are saying it works with ryzen 5 out of the box. i guess some of these mobos have the update from the factory and some unfortunately do not. if your motherboard has the ability to flash an update through a usb drive that might work.

alternatively if you have another cpu to try in that motherboard to get it to boot you could do that, and then update the bios, and then switch the cpu back to your ryzen 5.

it seems like an incredibly inconvenient and frustrating issue and i can only imagine how you're feeling lol i'm sorry man! check your motherboard's manual to see if you can flash an update through a usb drive, that would be the easiest way

won't you need a CPU for that?
