Recording mobile game play?

I'm looking to record a short clip from a mobile game. I hear OS11 had the recording function built into the OS. Is there anything anyone would recommend for Android? I don't think I can Mira cast or chrome cast to my PC can I?

Most streamer (a mobile game streamer) are using emulator to stream and record their game, that's the less hassle and cheap way playing mobile games at is best assuming your computer is a good one.
