Can someone please tell me what the difference is in terms of features between these two models of memory?

It's literally just the color.

 

The one with the 'R' at the end stands for RED. So the ram is red.

Thanks because Asus tech support is saying that my ram is incompatible with my motherboard however the only reason is because the supported ram list they have just has the model without the R at the end
