Wraith cooler on Hyper T4 mount?

In today's episode of "Bad Ideas with aisle9", is it possible to mount the original Wraith cooler (with clips) on an Intel CPU using the Hyper T4's mounting ring, or is there a difference in CPU height that would keep it from making good contact? Asking before I tear apart two rigs to try this.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
