Multiple USB ports needed

Hello guys. i have a question: i play simracing games on my pc and i need muliple usb conections and i reach maximum capability of my board and my case

 what sould i buy? a usb hub? or a PCI usb expansion?

my usb conections are:

1x keyboard

1x mouse

1x wheel

1x gearbox

1x pedals

2x Rift sensors

 

to add in near future:

1x handbrake

1xsequential shifter

2 button boxes

 

i think tha´s all for now. what do you recomend? do i have problems if i conect all to same hub?
