PC is waking up again

Hello,

 

I know I posted about this issue before, but my pc was going to sleep just fine when I changed the LAN settings in device manager. Since today it has been waking up and I checked the power options. The power options are not working and I believe it might have to do with an unknown update to me that's causing my pc to wake up. I would like some help on preventing my pc waking up in the future unless I give it permission to waking up instead of the software giving me an issue that wakes up my pc and I have to spend all day searching online solutions that doesn't work half the time.
