SysAudio device is not present

I was trying to install Virtual Audio Cable when a window popped up saying this "SysAudio device is not present." 1. what does it mean. 2. how can i fix it to continue my installation. i still hear audio and everything, so is anything really messed up or is it just the software?

Restart your PC and if that dosen't work try using ASIO or something

Restarting my pc gives the same results. What is ASIO?

i have the realtek audio drivers already
