Earbud Hissing

so I while back I got some new sony earbuds, they are pretty nice and sound great except on some devices they have a hiss in the background whenever audio plays (and it usually continues for a few seconds after the audio ends).

On a Iphone 5s it had no hiss and on my computer it has no hiss, but on my Moto g4plus it hisses and on a Mac at school it hisses (higher end mac, not sure of the exact model)

I think this is because of mismatched fidelity? how can I fix this? will a amp fix the hissing? or just make it louder?

thats what I was worried about, I think the Mac has a similar issue. do you have any experience with the Bluetooth quality on the G4+? I could get a Bluetooth receiver for my earbuds.

bluetooth is generally worse than wired when it comes to hiss and sound quality, and especially with cheap adapters.
