Overclocking AMD Cards - Which utility?

Quick (possibly dumb) question what is most ideal overclocking software for AMD cards is it through Wattman or is it better to use software that is available through your cards manufacturer?

I have an Asus RX 580 and can obviously control settings through Wattman but Asus also make GPU-Tweak should I be using that instead?

Any thoughts/suggestions much appreciated.
