Laptop settings need fix PLS HELP

Im from an other laptop atm and ive noticed sth strange.

When the laptop hasnt been used for 5-10 min it will blacken the screen to save power . Now usually when that happens all u need is to move the mouse or press some keys and it will re-open. This laptop on the other hand  does nothing! It's screen gets black  but i cannot open it again using the mouse or pressing the keys.

The only way opening it again is by pressing the power button again.

So can i do something to the settings so i can open the laptop by moving the mouse or pressing keys when it gets black?

It's hibernating just change the power settings.

 

What operating system are you running?
