Resolve keeps crashing

Hi, so I have been editing roughly 2 hours of 4k video. And I need to export it has one file. Whenever I got to render it, it crashes or I get a frame timeout. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Also Resolve maxes out my cpu but no my gpu.

Check to see if Hardware acceleration is enabled.If it is disabled,then you need to enable it.
If the GPU which you are using right now is Hardware acceleration compatible,you can turn on this option with ease.Mostly integrated graphics aren't hardware acceleration compatible.

Its been enabled, I have ryzen 1600, it has no intregrated graphics.
