Windows 10 Fall Creators Update issue

Hello.

After the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update when I shut down my PC and then turn it on the next day the old chrome(mostly) reload/open by them self.

Is like the PC dose not completely shut down.

Any ideas of what it may going on?

Also the start button most of the time is not working.

A new feature of the Fall Creator Update is the "continue where you left off" feature.

To disable this feature, go to Cortana > Notebook > Pick up where I left off, and turn it off.

 

As for the start button, make sure you have the latest Graphics card drivers installed, and restart your system. It should be working fine after.

My PC is a tower.

That is the Cortona that you are talking about?

I haven't select the personalize so I couldn't see the correct menu.

Now i can see it
