Colour dissapeared out of nowhere!

Everything was just fine as was just browsing around and the colour just dissapeared from my monitor

 

everythin is black and white expect from when i log in the screen is orange and the background is im colour for a few moments but then it just goes black and white again

 

i do notice when windows asks permission to install a program the colour does come back and when i click “yes” to return to my desktop the colour dissapears again

 

i’ve tried a few things so far

-changed monitor

-reinstalled drivers

-switched cables

-tried different PCIE slot for the GPU 

 

anyone who knows a solution?

Maybe someone enabled monochrome in display settings? Do you live alone or does someone have access to your pc?
