Hey guys!
I've gotten a GREAT deal on a tiny tablet, which contains the i3-3229Y CPU. It's a ultra low powered cpu, I believe 7 watt.

The question being:
The CPU has Quick Sync - And OBS (open broadcaster software) have support for Quick Sync, Would I be able to livestream to the internet with this CPU ?
The video input would of course come from a capture card.

if its just for streaming and not playing then yea it should be fine.

will you be able to push 1080p 60fps at a high bitrate? no

but if its high bitarate 720p (which still looks good) yes

idk how well quick sync works in OBS but i think it does give a small improvement

Okay cool.

I've noticed that my own laptop, a i7- 3630QM , when i stream without Quick Sync, it uses about 70% of the CPU, and with Quick Sync, it drops down to 10 %. But it might be that the CPU would be to weak to handle the program.

If you're wondering, it's a Acer Aspire P3-171 Tablet /notebook.
