Windows loading but not displaying

Yesterday I went to a party and brought my laptop and I turned it on and wont show anything besides the mouse, it worked fine two days ago and an external display does nothing and it wont turn off too so Im confused

sounds like windows is not loading properly. try going into safe mode.

It seems like something is not loading properly. Goto Taskmanager via CONTROL+ALT+DEL click on "File" then on "New Task" and then type "explorer.exe" and hit enter. This should bring back your GUI.
