out of range Out of Range problem

Yesterday i tryed option in amd control center called "gpu scaling",i know what that option does but didnt know that it will break my system and that i will get permanent out of range on my screen without any solution,i tryed everything in my power to fix that,seems that nothing is working,for some reason i can't even boot in safe mode today(still getting out of range 74.9khz/60hz),what should i do guys?i dont have another monitor to check that and can't get one neither.Please help,my pc is usless after that click on "gpu scaling" option.

Unplug GPU, plug in VGA port on mobo and see if that works?  Kind of a stretch

restart your computer; and while watching a video on how to go into safe mode, follow each step with your keyboard. If you do it right, you'll be able to get back to your desktop and fix the problem.

Use a spare GPU or use Integrated Graphics.
