Lowering build price

Here is my current build plan: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/AdoptedAsian/saved/xWJf8d (It stands at about £1745 right now).
The problem is that I don't want to go too much over my £1600 budget. If any of you can suggest some ways I can lower the price (eg. Slower but cheaper SSD) and provide links/part names then it'll help me stay within my budget. Do keep in mind that I'm buying the parts in about 5 months so hopefully GPU and RAM prices will be slightly cheaper by then. I also want to upgrade to a strix 1070Ti depending on the price and performance increase over the standard 1070. If you think what I'm trying to achieve isn't possible then please let me know.

If flash modules used in SSDs and RAM recover to their previous prices (Kinda doubtful), and GPUs come back down to what the normal price was a year or so ago, then you would be able to get the build back under your budget. (A side note, ZEN+ may be announced by the time you start building) No real point in trying to budget the components so far out in advance.

EDIT: I'll wait 4-5 months until I'll know what parts and prices there are to choose from. Don't bother replying anymore
