Good Gaming/rendering build?

Ok well I'm trying to make a good pc for the price. I made a decision and it's final so if you have any suggestions before I buy the parts just tell me

What motherboard is black and red that can overclock? I want the black and red theme. I have a case and the PSU so I just want info for the Motherboard.

Bad for gaming, and doesn't make sense at all for any content creation. The AiO makes no sense, you can't overclock on that motherboard, you can get faster RAM for less, it lacks an SSD, HDD costs too much, you can get cheaper 1050 Tis (even though there's no issue getting a more powerful GPU into the budget, overpriced case, and an even worse PSU.

Get the build @herman mcpootis suggested, and just change the motherboard to the B350 Prime Plus. If the VS is the PSU, you should change it anyway
