Blurry icons.

Wasn't sure where to put this,

I have a 4k screen and use Windows 10. And for the longest time, i've had problems with scaling issues. 

Is there any way to get these icons looking as they should be? They're not a problem, Was just wondering if there is a workaround.

(Drawing a circle with a mouse is hard..)
