Using Oneplus Dashcharger on other devices

Hello fellow Tech Warriors!!

 

I've got a query regarding the usage of the Dash charger with multiple devices

 

1. Oneplus 3 with the Oneplus 3 Cable

2. iPhone 6 with a boAt cable

3. MI 10,000 mAh USB C powerbank, using the oneplus 3 usb C cable

 

I've read that the output of the dash charger is based on the device it's connected to - but could not really find a credible source for the same anywhere. 

 

Figured I'd ask you guys if using the combination 2 & 3 above (I know # 1 is safe to use) would damage the battery of the device? Hoping it won't as carrying multiple power bricks is not an ideal solution and since the Oneplus 3 is my daily driver, I would definitely prefer to carry around the Dash power brick

 

Looking for an insight to my query with a hope to earn a bit about how the charger works
