uninstall and reinstall the usb port drivers themselves and see if it fixes it. please note , if your mouse is usb it'll stop working when you uninstall the usb controller (obviously). If you have a laptop the track pad will still work , or if it's a desktop be sure to use the motherboards bluetooth if it has it to connect a mouse , or use a ps2 mouse if it has it.

or you can try different usb ports around the computer as well to see if your headphone get recognized. keep in mind the headphones themselves might just be broken in some way.

Plug the headphones directly into your 3.5mm headphone jack. If the headphones work, use a 4 pole splitter to get microphone signal. The dongle is pretty bad anyhow; usually getting rid of it is an upgrade.

Yes, @VillaiNPC the Headphones are actually better without the soundcard. You will notice it after a few hours using it without soundcard and then with the soundcard. And u would recommend you the Razer Synapse Software, it creates a great bass with the Cloud II when you activate Bass Boost. Just try it out, it´s free anyway. But i´m not sure if the mic will work with a pole splitter because it doesn´t work if you put it into the mic-port on your pc. At least at mine.
