laptop do u recommend it

so i found the is laptop on amazon Acer Aspire E 15, 15.6" Full HD, 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U, Geforce MX150, 8GB RAM Memory, 256GB SSD, E5-576G-5762

and it is only 600

What will you use it for?  It is pretty capable all around except for gaming at high FPS or High settings.

Then I think this machine will work for you, but as suggested, there are some good things on the horizon if you can wait a bit.

the thing is i looked at that and the hp envy x360 starts at 700

True, right now.  When the Ryzen CPUs start hitting the shelves in laptops the prices will come down, or you'll be able to get a better equipped Intel system for less money.

Build quality not the best, some E series models have subpar display and mediocre battery life, I would recommend the Aspire 5 if you want a budget laptop
