Hello guys! so my friend bought a pc and i built it.

but there is a problem i wont boot but the green led glows and i have checked all the cables and we have tesed with my psu and still nothing.

so we sent the motherboard back for RMA and they tested it and it worked fine for them. can the CPU be the problem?

ram should work (took it from my pc)

when we sent it for RMA they updated the bios to 0707.

Specs

MB: Asus H81I-plus

CPU: Intel core i5-4440

RAM: Corsair Vengance 1600Mhz 2x4gb

PSU: Corsair CX 430M

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660 2GB

Thanks for the help!
