Honestly it's impossible to determine unless you can pull a bourne movie style "zoom and enhance". Just contact the seller.

Ask the seller for a close up of the sticker with the model number. Its impossible to tell from the pics he/she took.

This is the closest I can find. a Dell XPS 600 This was not easy as Craigslist blocks my network, but I'm 99% sure this is it.

Also, not to be rude, but just google all Dell PC cases and search through them, you're bound to find one.

Judging from the back IO it's probably from 2003-2004, most likely a pentium 4. 50$ is what he should pay you to take it away from him.
