Is a GTX 970 for 150 euros a good deal?

So I recently made a topic:

But the fella with the gtx 970 didn't reply to me since and I think he already sold it but forgot to delete the advertisement..

 But I found two others, contacted both of them and neither of them wants to go lower than 150eu, so I guess I'm stuck with those prices..

Do you think it's still a good deal like that?

yeah it seems like a pretty good deal, what cpu are you going to pair it with?
