New build; need help!

Hey LTT community, I decided to start another build and i need help finding parts.

 

I picked up a Gigabyte GA-H81M-DSV2 LGA1150

and i already had a coolermaster vortex plus

 

My question is:

What is the best setup for an HTPC you guys can find givin that motherboard.

send chip, cases, Audio cards, video cards, whatever...

i'm trying to keep this under $600.

My Rig: | CPU: Core i7-8086k @ 4.9 GHz | Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix z370 | CPU Cooler: (some coolermaster one that probably should have been retired several years ago) | Case: Corsair 570x | GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 | RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro

That motherboard can't handle anything above an i5 for power delivery purposes. Look for a used CPU like one of the "s" SKU i5s. The 4460S would be a perfect HTPC CPU.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
