Sound stopped working?

I recently encountered a problem where there is no sound coming through my pc whatsoever. It is not my headset I have tested that out by unplugging it and not hearing sound play through the Speakers. I recently disable a IPV6 looking thing because I read somewhere that, that would help my internet problem. But now there is no sound coming out... My Internet problem was that I would get disconnected from my Wi-Fi but still be secured. Really Weird. Appreciate all the help I can get! Thank you!

It would be helpful to know whats in your system, mobo, cpu, ramc etc. Without his information it could be much harder to diagnose the issue.

Intel g4600, gtx 1050ti, 8gb corsair ballistix ram ddr4, gigabyte b250m pro motherboard, 450w power supply bronze certified

I am using it right now, it is just the sound now, internet is fine

I completely erased them and windows 10 came up with the audio drivers needed and now it works. THANK YOU SOOO MUCHH!!!
