Lacp actors and partners

I recently purchased a quanta lb4m 10G Switch. I have figured out most settings and yes, I have gone through the manual for it. I am still having trouble understanding what actors, partners and admin actor are. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

An actor is the local device, a partner is the remote device. Each device will consider itself the actor from it's perspective and the device on the other side will be the partner. If I had to guess, I would assume admin actor refers to the device that is configured as or elected as primary.
