Considering for UWQHD monitor

Hi fellas,

So this christmas (which is soon) I'm going to make a minor upgrade to my fairly new PC (bought in august): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/n3VYvV

Since I didn't have the full budget I spent back then I had to wait until christmas for my bonuses from work lol. And before you will write "you don't need it" or "why do you need it" or something in that way, just don't, this is one of my "dreams" to achieve, and after waiting 10 years, I think I can do it.

So, what I'm considering is:

AOC Agon AG352UCG for 777.40€

Acer Predator X34A for 1,175.27€

ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q for 1,091.50€

Also in consideration:

Upgrade EVGA 750 P2 to Corsair AX860i - could sell EVGA for 120-130€ and buy the Corsair for 195,70€

Additional GPU - GTX 1080 Ti SC2 (SLI) - current cheapest is 867,90€

Full watercooled loop (EKWB/Alphacool) - from what I've researched it would cost me around 700-800€

THe main question is, which of those 3 monitors should I get? Will my 1080 Ti be sufficient to run at that resolution at max. settings? Although my current games are not so high on demand, I am planning on playing the new Battlefront 2, and maybe older games with 4K textures (Skyrim, Fallout 4 etc.) current new budget is: 2,700 - 3,000€

TL;DR / Summary:

Primary - New UWQHD monitor, min. 34" - best pick from AOC, Asus and Acer?

Secondary - GTX 1080 Ti in SLI on air or would a single be sufficient?

Tertiary - buy a new PSU now or later?

Quaternary - full water loop? - IMO too expensive

Thanks in advance for the replies, hopefully you can understand my english
