Changes Windows Title Background Color?

i kinda liked windows 10 but had to re-install 7. I couldn't find a way to choose a different tile window background. I hate the white, I want it to be transparent or black.. will the new fall update let me do that? If so, will re-install 10.. :)

 

I really miss the Windows 7 Aero title background effect. It was like glossy / glassy / transparent

You just go to Personalization, just like on Windows 7.

Really? I remember trying that and couldn't find it. Was that feature added in the fall creator update? If so, can u show me a gif/screenshot? Ty

I'm not on Windows 10 right now, but it's always been there. It's on the left side pane, IIRC.
