I'm a bit confused as to what the issue is. Are you saying when you get too close to the router it disconnects and only says "saved" but doesn't connect?

ok wait il explain here if i am like on the other side of that wall where my room is it says saved but occasionally it connects but most of the time i need to take the device which i want to connect and near the modem for it to connect if not it just says saved even though it has full signal as you can clearly see from the pictures

Have you tried it on multiple devices?

Yes i have i tried it on my Nexus 6P too same problem like i said i read something about static IP but i cant figure out anything

If its distanced based I don't believe it would be an ip issue. If distance is a factor it very well may be. An old router I had use to have to be completely reset every do often because it would stop assigning IP addresses. So let me know if you know for certain its proximity based.

i am sure it is not distance based then how come it is showing full signal and also occasionally i am able to connect but this keeps on bugging me and it is not a old modem it is a brand new one
