Android phone data while locked

hi i was wondering if you guys have a solution the old phone of my sister is locked and it will not give out data 

now my question is how to get the data off of it

Edit: Dont follow this guide, you have to root the phone. but you can follow the first two steps to recover the password.

dame i havent got usb debbuging on and i have no chance to turn it on becouse its locked

what do you mean by "locked" - is it sitting at the lock screen or what ?

 

if this is just about getting past the regular lockscreen then: 

1. fetch your sister
2. have her unlock the phone
3. if she has forgotten how to unlock her own phone (because too lazy to remember passwords) then mark it as "lesson learned" and leave it like that

thx man  noi but seriusly i have found a way about recoverry mode how to install debbuging but i  have to get the drivers first
