Is this underpriced?

Hey all, below is a link to my PC im selling soon for £1050. Every part summed up on Amazon costs just over £1500. It was built by myself one year ago, and comes with every original box, meaning it also has warranty on all the components. It has no faults, in prime condition. I can't help but feel like this is a bit .. cheap? What do you guys think?

RAM: 16GB (2x8) GSKILL Ripjaws V Series 2400MHZ RAM

Powersupply: Corsair RM550X Gold-Rated PSU 
Fans: 3X Corsair AF120 Red LED Fans - Exhaust

That 1070 alone would sell for around £400, everything else can add up to around 500-600.  Not a terrible price all things considered

Not a terrible price meaning it's fair to both parties? I mean, I want to sell it atleast in 2 weeks as I want to start my bnew built, but if you think I can get £100-200 out of it I'd rather wait.

not an expert but like Damascus said, everything seems to add up to a fair enough price

Fair to both parties, you could post it for a bit more on a local classified and see if you get bites
