Is this underpriced?

Hey all, below is a link to my PC im selling soon for £1050. Every part summed up on Amazon costs just over £1500. It was built by myself one year ago, and comes with every original box, meaning it also has warranty on all the components. It has no faults, in prime condition. I can't help but feel like this is a bit .. cheap? What do you guys think?

That 1070 alone would sell for around £400, everything else can add up to around 500-600.  Not a terrible price all things considered

Not a terrible price meaning it's fair to both parties? I mean, I want to sell it atleast in 2 weeks as I want to start my bnew built, but if you think I can get £100-200 out of it I'd rather wait.

Fair to both parties, you could post it for a bit more on a local classified and see if you get bites
