Operating System designed for docker.

I'm looking for an Operating System that is designed for dockers or something with native container support. 

 

Not a strong user on CLI so I was wondering if there is a UI that can perform the same functions as downloading / configuring / starting / stopping Dockers.

Unraid has excellent Docker support, there is even a plugin that lets you install preconfigured containers with 1 click.
