Low FPS

Hello!

Yesterday I installed Windows 10 on my computer. Download my GPU driver, install and everything, and I downloaded CS:GO. Before I had Windows 7 and I used to play CS with over 120 fps on almost every map, but now I played 1 game and i have between 45-60 FPS. I made my settings as before. I was playing on Medium.. Maybe i didnt install something.. I dont know.. It was my first time installing Windwos 10..

I dont know..  Im new to this stuff... but i think it overclocking..

download msi afterburner and check how the gpu is performing
